Alaska Pollock in the oven with lemon and garlic sauce

Some days ago we bought some frozen fish fillets that my mother in law has suggested to us and told us how tasty the fish is and not expensive! Alaska Pollock is the fish and its a species of the cod family Gadidae (you live, you learn)

So today i tried it and i have to say, its a good fish and we will buy it more often. Thank you Ulla-Britt for the tip!

I used 4 fillets and for the sauce just put in a bowl some olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley, the juice of a lemon and some garlic (slice it in small pieces or crush it) and stir well.
Put the fish in a oven pan, add the sauce and put it in the oven, 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

You can serve it with boiled potatoes and salad!

Bon Appetit!
