You will need:
Butter without salt, 225 gr
4 eggs
Sugar, 1½ tea mug
Cocoa powder, 1 tea mug
All purpose flour, 1 ¼ tea mug
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Melt the butter in a pot and then add the sugar and steer well. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the cocoa, the butter with the sugar and the flour. Steer very well and you can add some raisins or nuts if you like. I usually don't add anything but this time i was in the mood for raisins and it was delicious!
Grease a round non stick cake pan with butter and add the mixture in it, put it in the oven and bake it for about 35 minutes. Be careful don't over bake it!
With brownies I'm always afraid I'll want to eat it before baking it! The moment you mix all the ingredients together and the liquid chocolate forms is too much for me to handle! lol!
